Dear All,

I have a problem of one of the queues(in SMQ2-inbount) in CRM 5.0 is struck with SYSFAIL error.

The queue name is R3AI_DNL_COND_A005.

When I double click the queue entry I get an Error: Message No 999999. Log directory is full.

Even reseting the status does not work.

Please help.

Regards,

Rajeet.

Hi.

I have checked the tablespace of SMWBDOC, its just 79% full. Lots remaining. Will check out for the IPC log directory.

What could be the other reason, have searched for this error message in SDN/SAP service, but no success.

I have even tried to reset the status, but it again gives the same error.

Please help.

Regards,

Raj.

Hi Raj,

Is the issue happening with only this condition object? Did you able to download other condition objects?

Please let me know

Hi Rajeet,

Did you get a chance to check the IPC log directories

Also usually for a sysfail message you can check the smw01

You will see a bdoc with status F05. What does it say there?

Please award point if this helps.

It might be one of these. If helpful pls reward points

1. Check the SMWBDOC table spaces. If full bump them up or re-org them.

2. I believe you are connected to IPC, pls check IPC log file directories too.

Hi Raj,

Can you look in SMW01 and provide the log details. Smq2 doesnt tell much about the errors sometimes.
