Dear Sir,
We have a scenari like
In maintenance plan we have crteated asingle item and assigned 20 equipmnets.
now my question is we need to assign 20 tasklists . ( equipment or general task lists)
if it to be asiigned, how and where.
what is the methodology.
how many orders it will generate either 20 or one order.

Alternatively if you want an order for each equipment then you will need to create one plan with 20 maintenance items one task list attached to each maintenance item. This will allow for one equpment to be attached to each maintenance item and will then produce 20 maintenance orders. Your only other option is as stated by Mahas.

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your answers.
I have assigned through objects list.
But my point is when we create equipments at the time we assign the task lists.
These are copied into operation in order. ( if i am correct)
But when we assign the same in maintenance plan ( 20 equipments, 20 tasklists have to be copied automatically)
for one single order is it possible to complete the order operation.
Second, with the new version, how to assign the points to 3 to 4 people.

In bottom of the replies from other, you can find button called *Helpful Answer*. Click that. I have not posted any new thread, so I am not confident on that. But anyway you can give a try.
Whenever you create any equipment, you will create task list. But in Maintenance plan, you can select only one task list per maintenance item. Whenever you going to assign equipment in object list, you have to create one more task list with all the tasks required for all the equipments mentioned in object list. You have task list create button in maintenance plan.
Else use some user exits to update the operations from the individual task list. But assignment of operations to equipment should be done manually, I feel.
Dear Sir,
Many thanks for your support.
I have done all scenarios. Normally we need to stick to one task list for similar equipments and operations can be assigned as per our requirement.
Once again thansk for your answers.

Create one task list consists of all tasks related to 20 equipments. Assign that task list to maintenance plan & assign those 20 equipments to that maintenance plan.
In IMG, do the configuration under Assigned operations to Object list entries.
Once the order is created, assign those operations to concern equipments.

Hello,
Can u clarify how you have assigned 20 equipments in single maintenance item because one maintenance item is meant for one technical object only. You can give reference for multiple equipments or any technical object in the tab "object list item" but that will create a single orders and you can find the objects assigned in the tab "object list item" in the maintenance order "object" tab.Purpose of the tab "object list item" is entirely different and you can refer below link for more details.
