Please check installation guide. It tells you about complete post-installation activities.
Add-on's are applied with SAINT t-code. So, you can use same method for this add-on as well.
Check SAP note 1263311, it will give you process to install this Add-on.

I have tried to install EWM Add-on in ECC EHP5 IDES using SAINT T-Code. After clicking on start button, system popup a message saying that you need maintenance certificate. What is this, How to get maintenance certificated for IDES software which is used for practice at home.

The requirements for installing SCMEWM 7.01 are explained in note
1320500 Installing or upgrading SCMEWM 7.01 to SAP ERP 6.0
and requires following components to be installed:

As you did not install EHP5 for SAP_APPL and EA_APPL you will need at
first to perform a EHP installation for these components.
Therefore please mark in transaction SMSY in your solution manager the
product instance "Central Application" as additionally relevant and
create a new MOPZ transaction for ERP 6.0 regarding "Central
applications" and generate a stack xml file for upgrading the system to EHP5.
Afterwards you can install SCMEWM in your system.

I am outside sap basis administrator. I do not have access to sap service market place to configure solution manager to generate stack. Also ecc 6.0 system is asking for maintenance certificate while performing any update using SPAM/SAINT. How to achieve EWM installation by an outside administrator. I need your guidance how to proceed further.

Hi Raj,
It is mandatory to have a solution manager system to continue the installation. It is not possible to continue with the installation with a solution manager system for the newer releases of the EHP.
