Hi Dheeraj,

You can check the Middleware settings for Data Exchange between ECC & SAP CRM

Setting up CRM middleware

Below are the steps to configure the middleware for replication of data between CRM and R/3 system. In each step, the target system is mentioned in the braces indicating which system this particular setting is to be done.
Step 1 - Define Logical systems (CRM)

In the SAP CRM IMG menu, goto Customer Relationship Management -> CRM Middleware and Related Components -> Communication Setup -> Set Up Logical Systems -> Define Logical System and then New Entries (F5).

Save your entries.

Now follow the above steps to create a logical system for your ECC system

Step 2 – Assign logical system to a client (CRM)

Goto tcode SCC4. Alternate path: IMG -> Customer Relationship Managment -> CRM Middleware and Related Components -> Communication Setup -> Set Up Logical Systems -> Assign Logical System to Client.

Save your entries.

Step 3 – Define Logical system (ECC)

In the SAP ERP IMG menu, goto SAP NetWeaver -> Application Server -> IDoc Interface/Application Link Enabling (ALE) -> Basic Settings -> Logical Systems -> Define Logical Systems.

Save your entries.

Step 4 – Assign logical system to a client (ECC)-Tcode –SCC4

Step5 - Creating RFC destinations (CRM & ECC).- Tcode- SM59
Step6 – Maintaining CRM connectivity config tables (ECC)

Table CRMCONSUM

Table CRMRFCPAR

Table CRMPAROLTP

Table TBE11 – Activating Event control

In this table, set the application NDI (New Dimension Integration) to status Active by selecting the check box in the A column.

Step7 - Select your industry.
Step 8 - Generate industry specific objects
Here Select your Industry, & then Select your Application

Step9- Generate R/3 Adaptor- Tcode- GNRWB, then Execute Tcode- SMOGTOTAL

Step10- Start Queue Demon Tcode- SMOHQUEUE
Step 11 - Creating Sites, Publications and Subscriptions.
Tcode- SMOEAC

Step 12 - Registration of RFC destination.
Tcode- SMQS

Step 13 - Registering the queues.
In tcode SMQR all the CSA and R3A queues must be registered i.e. Type = R, for the bdocs to flow.

Step 14- Then comes Mapping , Download & Monitoring

For Organization Model, you can download orga Model with

Tcode- CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE

For Product, you first need to download Product Hierarchy in case no product hierarchy available in CRM. So mapping required for downloading hierarchy.

This Mapping is first done in ERP & then CRM.

In ERP check

  1. Material Length (T-code- OMSL)
  2. No of Levels & Characters @each level (Tcode- SE16)

Now Maintain the same in CRM

  1. To Map Material length got to  path – IMG> Cross Application components>sap product> basic settings >define output format & storage format
  2. To Map no of level & characters go to path- IMG>Cross application Components>Sap product>Define category Numbering schema

For Business  partner

In ERP Identify A/c group & No range (Tcode- OVT0 & Tcode –OVZC)

Maintain the same in CRM through groupings & Number range.

In ERP Mapping is done through (t-code- PIDE)

In ERP Maintain reference customer (Tcode- VD07)

Maintain & map reference customer in CRM

Hope this solves your query

Hi Nikhil,

You will have to download the adaptor object, DNL_CUST_CNDALL, which in turn will download all the condition tables related to pricing from ERP to CRM. You can even filter out the tables in the adaptor object (R3AC5) if you want to download any specific tables only.

Best Regards.
