Hi,

User getting a error message while document post.

Document 1900034868  1000 is locked by another user

Message no. F5302

but no one is accessing this document.

please help

Go to SM12

Delete the default user name and click on "List"

Now you see list of users who are working on which screen

Find the user who is working on that document and delete it

Hi Aditya,

Go to SM12 and click on list and you will find over there the lock entries. delete this entry from there.

Document has been posted? or at the time of posting it is giving error?

Please check the current number range of the document type through which you are posting. Also please check in SM12 for any locked entries..

Dear vivek,

User parked this document already , but when we open this document in FB03 , it will give a error message.

He might have parked the document......but check if that user or any other user is working on it.

Until unless someone is using it, system won't display this error
