Hello,
Please refer to the following notes:
1) SAP Note 1303262 - Oracle on Windows Server 2008
You have to install the Oracle Version 10.2.0.4.0 which is an own
installation set.
Note that you cannot install the Oracle version 10.2.0.1.0 and
then install patchset 10.2.0.4.0.
2) SAP Note 1486772 - SAP Systems on Windows Server 2008 R2
o Oracle 10g:
- To install the Oracle 10.2.0.4 database software, use the
RDBMS DVD #51036975.
Copy the sapserver.zip file attached to this note.
Unpack sapserver.cmd and replace sapserver.cmd in the
following directory:
<work directory>:\NT\AMD64
Therefore please use DVD #51036975 to install 10.2.0.4 directly as
it ia complete installation set.
regards,
John Feely
