Sap solution manager work centers : Auto logon not working after successfully logon system

Hi Expert

We have an issue when we execute Tcode "SOLMAN_WORKCENTER" we are getting logon screen again. when we put user id/pass then it is working fine as per our requirement.

But User do not want to logon again after successfully login Solman system.

Could anyone pls help us to solve our issue.

Hi All

Here is the solution for my post. this solution is come from SAP.

I want to share it if any body want in future

For this SOLMAN_WORKCENTER trascation is a Web-based application.

Normally, It should be accessed by web browser.

And here when you call it from the SAPGUI, the GUI windows just start

the browser in the embed GUI windows, and access the Solution Manager

WorkCenter page. This browser and SAPGUI is not in the same area and

not in the same sessioin too.

So it is not possible to get into the WorkCenter page directly without

input logon data from the SAPGUI windows.

what is your solman version and SP level ?

Is this happen to specific user ?

It is happening for all user id.

Solman version is 7.1 & SP Level-0008

Did you configure SSO?

also check if the user type in su01 is dialog

beacase if the user type is service so the SSO not work

SSO is configure properly. pls note that when we execute Tcode -DBACOCKPIT the Webgui is working properly without asking user id/pass.

But the Tcode "SOLMAN_WORKCENTER" is asking user id/pass again.

You did not got my point. SSO is configure properly and DBACOCKPIT  webgui is working.So there is no doubt in SSO config.
