during installation the procedure asked you for master password?
You can try this tests:
http://hostname_of_cs_OR_IP:1090/ContentServer/ContentServer.dll?serverInfo
- If the installation was ended successfully the response is the information about conent server.
- In the website of IIS, right click under SAP content, directory security , authentication and access control, look and check for user and password.
- In transaction CSADMIN check the repository

I checked all points as u told ,
username: IUSR_SERVER50 and
about password i have changed to differnt one and used at OAc0 and CSADMIN tcode
but getting same error "HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized".
Can you please tell me detail configuration of directory security , authentication and access control with example ?

I have used windows server logon username and passwrd, in CSADMIN is working fine.
CS status is running.
But when i click on TEST CONNECTION and STATUS INFO. button that time showing still same error '
HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized".

My problem is solved.
I had to reset the IIS user's password ,set Windows user admin and problem got solved.
