Issue with data source 0UC_SALES_STATS_02 in BW PSA

HI Experts,

We are facing some issue with data source 0UC_SALES_STATS_02.In SAP r/3 system data records are approx 50,000.But in BIW server it is showing no data record found in PSA.we got stuck into this.

Therefore require your assistance for the same as soon as possible as it is impacting our project.

Try to 'slice & dice' to the issue...

• What happened to the extraction job (SM37, jobname BI<request number>) in R/3? Did it finish succesfully or given an error there?
• If that is ok, check for short dumps or hanging tRFC's (SM58), idoc issues(WE02), ...

Hi,

While executing ebw_DQ_SS Tcode it is showing Following Error:

There are still no BW systems connected to DataSource

Message no. RSQU010

Therefore data is not getting Populated into BIW.Require your assitance ASAP.

Hi Radharaman,

Have you done all the steps as below:

1. Run FUll Load with posting period: it brings one records to BW

2. Run Init without data transfer with the same posting period.It will bring one record to BW

3. run mass activity job: EBW_DW_SS with the same posting period settings at R/3

4. Check RSA 7

6. Run Delta Infopackage.

Hi ,

Firstly check your source sytem and BW RFC Connection

Also check in RSA3 with option Full Load.If it is fetching the record.Try to execute the Info package with full load option.

Hi,

Are there any selection conditions at R3 level?

If you have any slsection condition in R3 data wont come to RSA3 or to PSA(in bw)

And check any selections given at Infopackage level--->Extraction tab.

Hi Rathy,

Once you finish till STEP 3, You can check the data in RSA7. I don't think RSA3 will work.
