ECC and CRM Middleware Enhancement

Hi Experts,

We are working on one of the requirement in which we need to enhance the Equipment Master in ECC with some custom fields and replicate it to CRM through CRM middleware and needs to map those custome fields to CRM custom fields. Need inputs on how to proceed on this. If anyone has worked on similar scenario, please reply.

Hi Venky,

You have two possilbities:

You can use User exits as described in note 417906 (an old solution but still valid).

The other option would be to use the Easy Enhancement Workbench.
