Can any one please explain what are the main features available in upcoming version of SAP Business One 9.0.

specifically i would like to know more about SDK..

Hi,

You can use SAP B1 product road map that can be downloaded from this link;

Here a brief info about SDK feature of 9.0:

Since the SAP B1 8.82 support and maintenance will end on June 15, 2015, I think the 9.0 release will have many new features in SDK.

Hi - "B1 Studio" will be available to customise SAP Business One and develop functionality. This is very similar to Google App Inventor, very visual and not needing the user to write code. If you email me I will send you a preview of this.

I believe the partner preview program starts on the 17/11/2012 with ramp up planned for Jan/Feb 2013 and general release around June 2013.

Just from a presentation by SAP folks. Version 9 will be a gem!

- Fixed assets no longer an Add On but a part of the financials module

- Implementation wizard available.

- Use of Bins in warehouses available

- Purchase requisition now available as standard

- Use of multiple UOM's for an item e.g. Can, 6 Pack, Tray, etc

these are the ones that caught my attention.
