You can find them in service.sap.com/support.
Then, go to "Software Downloads" tab and follow the steps below:
Support Packages and Patches -> SAP Support Package Stacks -> SP Stacks maintenance schedule

SRM6.0 was never released to general customers by SAP. Hence, you won't this info.
SRM7.0 was released during Q2/Q3 of 2009.
