Invalid object identification: Internal error

Hi,

I am using configurable material in my sales order.

When I am trying to change characterstics in sales order for specific document I am getting the below error.

Invalid object identification: Internal error

Anyone has any idea on this.

Kindly let me know at the earliest.

Check the following notes:-

1) Note 574013 - Incorrect selection criteria in the sales order

2) Note 1093744 - Batch classification not updated

Dear lakshmipathi,

Thank you for your reply. First note 574013 is not for my release as mine is 602. So I hope there is no necessaty of this note for me.

I hope 2nd note is for the sales orders uploaded through BAPI, but mine are created with VA01.

Hello Ratna,

It seems there is an inconsistency in the sales order . Can you please check if report Z0573976 from note 573976 will help. If it does not then please the exact support package you are on.
