Storage location Description is not coming in Chinese language

Hi All,

I have Created Storage locations in English Log-in but When I'm Log-in in Chinese the Storage location Description is coming in English only , I have tried all possible options but I have not find the solution..

Please anybody can help me how I can get the Storage Description English in English Log-in and Chines in Chinese Lag-in.

Dear Ramesh,

Technically, storage location master table T001L is not having any text table. So that the description of the storage location is not language dependent.

Hello Ramesh,

As mentioned by other forum members, Stor Loc description is not language specific. It's again @ local plant level so you can simply maintain description in particular local language.

Like for china, you go into SAP using any logon language, enter tcode- OX09 and maintain local description. In your case, you can copy Chinese Stor Loc description from datafile and paste into SAP.

the storage location description is not language specific.

Because a storage location is only used locally in a certain plant.

the description is valid for any language.

you still have the key, in case you maintain in in Chinese letters and you want take about it with users from other countries.
