Cannot configurate Security Token Service

Hi, all.

I try to configure SAP autentification in BI4.0, i do all steps of instruction from here

but I cannot login to BO with my sap credentials.

And then I go Security Token Service it says

"This service has no configuration property."

Anybody know what work not correct?

Hello Fanil,

Logging to BO applications with SAP doesn't require STS.

Once you setup an entitlement system and map in roles in CMC, users should be able to login to BO applications with SAP credentials.

STS is required when you want to access SAP datasources (using SSO) through OLAP BICS when logged in with LDAP/AD/Enterprise accounts that have an SAP alias linked from that SAP system.

Thanks for the response.

The problem that i'm facing, is about the configuration of the SAP autentification in BI4.0.

In order to see the Bex Querys in the BI Platform.

Hello, Jordan Franco,

I have done SSO between CRM web UI & SAP BO irrespective of this issue.

Indeed this is not an issue and STS shows this common message in all BOBIP servers by default (so, it is not considerable during SSO activity).

STS can change the message if you design the Universe on top of BEx Queries by using SSO options in the connections area.
