2LIS_17_I3HDR, 2LIS_17_I3OPER, 0PM_OM_OPA_2 is getting 0 records in RSA3 and RSA7 for release 605

Hi, everyone:

I have three InfoCubes: 0PM_C07, 0PM_C04, 0PM_C03 which is getting uploaded with 0 records everyday.

The datasource for 0PM_C04 is: 2LIS_17_I3OPER

The datasource for 0PM_C03 is: 2LIS_17_I3HDR

i review the notes:

1129111 - "RKKBABS0: No update into the Business Warehouse"

1147846 - "Order data not updated into BW"

1166520 - "RKKBABS0: Fields not filled after order completion"

just that the notes apply only for the releases: 600, 602, 603. I have the release 605.

so I have a problem with some extractors, the error message are: "Errors occurred during the extraction", for the extractors:

0PM_OBJ_STATUS

0PM_ORDER_STATUS

0PM_PRM_PLCS_1

0PM_PRM_PLCS_2

My cuestion is: whether in the table "AUFK" it have data, why in the extractors 2LIS_17_I3OPER and 2LIS_17_I3HDR the message say: "0 data records selected".

2. Does AUFK table holds data?

3. In which client , your are checking the datasource in which client using RSA3?

Note : 2LIS_17_OPER fetchs data from AFIH and VGIH table

          2LIS_17_HDR fetchs data from AFIH table

R= i not have infopackage, this problem this in ECC, where i have data. I have 2 client, 100 where i have the configuration, and 200 where i have the data, in 200 I apply the next:

LBWG

OLIIBW

LBWE - Active

RSA3

"0 records selected"

2. Does AUFK table holds data?

R= In the client 200, the table whether holds data

3. In which client , your are checking the datasource in which client using RSA3?

R= In the cliente 100 i apply the next configuration:

1.- I am selecting the extractor to use, in my case :

2LIS_17_OPER

2LIS_17_HDR

2.- Activate datasource

3.- RSA6, custom to the fields

Nota:

Table VGIH is not active in the Dictionary

Data Browser: Table AFIH Select Entries 58

I have a sandbox in other server different in where initially I started to test me configuration, and this sandbox no have problem.

Hi,

As client 100 is the configuration client , therefore  enhance you LO Cockpit Datasource through LBWE in client 100 and active them in client 100 only.

Copy these LO cockpit changes in client 200 with Tcode scc1 and then check the extractor

in client 200.

The Copy these LO cockpit changes in client 200 with Tcode scc1 was success  and then check the extractor in client 200 the error exist, the problem continue...

The steps were:

scc1

verify: rsa6

verify: lbwe & activate the extractor

lbwg: delete

oliibw: restructuration

rsa3: execute

"o records selected"

Now, I can check that the table AFIH has data.

Hello Francisco,

I have small question, when you filling the setup tables using tcode OLIIBW(Application 17 )

You need check if have entries for Orders / Notifications.

Check one of the select option depending on your requirement.

Then execute.

Hello Garcia,

In the above mentioned steps for filling the Setup tables Not true(uncheck) Notifications (Event I0) and check true only Oders.

Then execute.

In few Projects, in SAP R/3, they  maintain the configuration for Notification/ Orders alone. so deleting and filling the Setup table data, then select Notification alone /Orders alone. Then execute.

Note:Sarat, when run the TCode OLIIBW I can check the

Event I0 or Event I3 and the result is same...only check I3, run TCode RSA3 and "0 records selected"....
