Are you using SAP default PLD or Crystal report?
If you are using SAP default PLD means, Increase the Layout Height in Document Properties -> Paper format.

Uncheck Visible Properties for Repetitive Area and Repetitive Area Footer
Did you use repetitive area?if not place the item and description in repetitive Area
Please check the Vat Number database field is it from Invoice Table or Business Partner Table?
Sometimes Problem is in joining Tables.
and also verify in each area properties page break must be none.

Your end of report area is too big. Have to reduce it to in order to get rid of extra page.

I'm trying to do it on Crystal hope it works!!!
But in Crystal Report I could not see the UDF :S any Idea?

The type of UDF need to be in given length. Check what is current set up.

To write sql query combine OINV,INV1 ,INV2 ,INV4 AND UDF Table and use that query in ur Crystal report.Use query generator for write query
