sending external mail after saving document

Hi Experts,

I configured in NACE t-code as below:

V1>sales>output types and select our ZBA5 for external and select trans.routine medium  5 and programme Z_RVADOR01 and  form routine ENTRY> and  form Z_VD_RVORDER02 form type pdf

Partner function MP

after I maintained user mail address and after creating VA01 >extras>output>select ZBA5>medium 5>MP should be user who should  get this order via mail for processing the delivery.But I can not select MP it comes as creator user ıd

What should I do for this
