Notification date copied to work order

Hi,      

Will the required start and end date from the notification be copied to work order basic start and finish date by standard SAP.

Hi,

I assume you are creating a order from a notification. In that situation only one of the dates - basic start date or basic finish date is transferred and the other date is calculated from scheduling. In the case of forward scheduling, the basic start date will be taken from notification and finish date is calculated from scheduling. The opposite occurs in the case of backward scheduling.
