Automatic service order creation with changed sales order item description

Hello,

I am creating automatic service order from sales order (by maintenance of OISD).

When I create sales order, I fill one generic service material but change sales order item description to better explain the specific maintenance job to be realized in this specific order.

Nevertheless, when the service order is automatically created, I lose this specific description because the description is this one from the service material, not from the sales order.

Is there any chance to keep this description in the service order?

Or is there any maintenance report where I could find this description (for ie, there is sales order and sales order item in IW39, but I did not found how to get the sales order description)?
