HCM New Hire No data available for A <PERNR> 0003

We are working on new HIRE, issues testing HRASR_TEST_PROCESS, for data that has been tested with PA40, facing these issues using SAP_PA (Check).

I have specified PERNR in I0000, and have all necessary info types configured in SAP_PA, as CREATE

Can not get past this error "No data available for A <PERNR> 0003"

    Message no. PBAS_SERVICE058

Diagnosis

    No data was stored for the number 36690001 in infotype 0003 for the

    transaction class A (A = employee, B = applicant). However, the system

    requires this data for further processing.

Have tried populating all values seen in table for InfoType 0003 RRDAT / RCBON, even BEGDA / ENDDA. Also tried w/o IT0003

Somewhere I found a reference to field VIEKN but this is not available in HCM framework, nor visible in PA30 but there in table with value  10.

I looked at the SCN posts, could not find anything related to this error that has answers.

Any help is greatly appreciated?

Check the below things

1.VIEKN Field is technical field which you can see through SE16 (i hope you know this) 10 is value of the molga

2.Ensure that there IT0003 in table V_T582B

please do check

Thanks for response, I do see the value as 10 for (US) and 0003 exists in V_T582B.

These are the fields that I have values in IT 0000,0001,0002, perhaps this helps ?
