I must say that SAP has outdone itself this time, this has to be the worst website ever created. It is impossible to find anything and the 12 different names for the same product is not helping. Stop the insanity !!
It should be simple.

I don't even know if I am in the right area.
Fire the person who created this mess imediately !!!!

I'm closing this thread as this is the wrong space to provide SCN design feedback.

Agree totally! Whatever happened to the old website? The search was better because you could choose certain area to look for answers. All those blogs and SAP How-to papers are all gone. Where are all the members go?

Hi Darren,
can't disagree with you there, navigating the various forums can be a bit tedious at first.
I do it this way:
- I keep a bookmark of the homepage (http://scn.sap.com/welcome) as it has the link to the (very long) forum list ("Forum Finder" http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-18971)
- from there, I open the various forums i'm interested in. (In your case "SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise/Edge, and SAP Crystal Reports Server" (http://scn.sap.com/community/bi-platform) seems to be appropriate)
- Once there, I click the follow button (top right) and enable email notifications. That way i don't need to navigate to the forums anymore, i simply access them via the links in the emails I receive.
- The rest is easy enough. Replies, likes, and mark helpful/answered like most forums out there.
Don't dispair, it gets better with time!
And there's alot of people sharing info out there, it's a good resource.
good luck,
Antoine
