first of all it is necessary to distinguish between the 2 ways of transmitting data:
SAP NOTE 1405426 FAQ: SI data exchange with HI funds (SHI commserver/E-Mail) will describe the installation steps for the implementation for email or GKV Server. Here you will find many useful informations reg. the whole process as well.
What kind of error do you receive?
What kind of data are you transmitting which process?

Actually the Health Insurance company is sendinthe Hi Notifications to SAP at that time What happens for some Isurance company lets say last document sis 12 but automatically last years insurane documtns are also getting automatically updated in table T5D4U

Not delivered emails were for German Social Insurance Outbound – DEUEV via Email.
My Client sends the Social Insurace to the Authorities via Email. While sending the Some of the Documents did not get delivered to the Authorities.
Is it a Consulting (HR) issue or we need to talk with the Process Integration People to check.

Hello Ravi,
as I understood your client is sending the DEÜV via email. Did he install the email settings as described in SAP NOTE 1405426:
You can find the documentation for the setup in the Implementation Guide
under "Payroll Germany -> Communication with Authorities (B2A) -> Data
Exchange with Social Insurance Agencies -> Technical Basis for
Communication with PKCS#7 -> E-Mail -> Set Up E-Mail Inbox".
(For Release 4.6C, only the variants for the communications server are
available.)
So please inform me about the following points:
1.
How is the Data transfer established--> via email?
2.
As I understood, you are facing problems when sending the DEÜV to the authorities. Is there any specific errormessage?
3.
Is this the first time you are sending DEÜV messages?
4. If the above questions are answered we can decide wether it is a HCM issue or not.
You can find also very useful hints in the SAP NOTE 1487098 - SI: Troubleshooting for
e-mail inbox, while analysing a problem.

Thanks for All your input. Now the technical (Process Integration People are checking into this). I will come back to you after that. But the issue is only for some Compnay number we are facing this issue.

Did you make sure that
If everything is ok in these checks, the reason for your problem should be somewhere in the email systems outside SAP. If the system does not create and/or send an email, you should check whether you (accidentally) excluded this company from one of the reports. Or you should see some error message or message status which explains why your DEÜV messages are stuck within your SAP system.

Now My Client is moving to Https Communication Process for the followings
1. EEL Notification Procedure
2. AAG Reimburshment Notification Procedure for Employer Expenses
3. PAYING OFFICE Notification Procedure
Please can anybody help to explain what are the functional configurations must be done to set up B2A Manager to receive/sending process the notifications for Https Communication server set up.
Already We have implemented following OSS Notes 1442572 and 1405426.
Additionally, please let me know if moving to https server uses the same server as email set up .

there is only a http connection available, as stated in SAP NOTE: 1442572!

As I wrote above the transfer of data is only possible via http, as this option meets the security requirements because the processing data is transferred as encrypted data.
