transaction launcher: launching the transaction but not displayed properly.

Hi,

I am getting a strange problem in transaction launcher. I am on SAP CRM 7.0.

I am trying to open SMW01 transaction in WEB UI. Its opening but not displayed properly.

the  URL in CRMS_IC_CROSS_SYS initially was something like this.

http://<Server>:<Port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/CRM_CIC_RABOX

but i changed the URL to .

http://<host>:<port>/scripts/wgate/webgui/?_{transaction=IC_LTX&}okcode=ICEXECUTE.

The transaction is being launched but its not diplayed properly.

The navigation bar became blank and the gui is transaction is displayed in a small window.

Please see the screenshot of the webui screen in the attchement. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

Hi Rajini

Please make sure user has the authorization to access IC_LTX and IC_LTXE transaction codes and try again.

If you execute IC_LTX or IC_LTXE it will show blank page with multiple text boxes. That means you have the authorization.

If it doesn't work use the below URL :

http://server:port/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/crm_cic_rabox?sap-client=000

Use your client number in the path.
