Extensive IBase modeling within business role SOLMANPRO

We would to use extensive IBase modelling for Incident Management within Solution Manager.

We use the business role SOLMANPRO within CRM_UI.

In this context the filed //BTREFOBJMAIN/PRODUCTID should be added.

Question

What is the way to do this?

Where we can find the appropriate documentation about this procedure?

If you wish to do more extensive IBase modelling, you can use the built-in functions of the CRM UI. For example, you can enable the Object/Project selection field in the CRM UI to allow access to Individual Objects (Iobjects) in the IBase. To do so, add the following field to your default incident configuration:
