Multiprovider on top of Worklist Items and Customer contacts under Collections in BI

Hi Guys,

I installed standard content for Worklist Items and Customer Contacts in Finance - collections and everything looks good. In standard queries from Worklist Items have Collection Specialist, Business people would like to see by User which is Collection Specialist in Customer Contacts. Technically both are same field in BI but loading data differently from ECC.

I need to combine both Worklist Items and Customer Contacts under one multiprovider, I did but I'm not getting the Customer Contacts data. Please let me know what fields do I need to assign to both sources here.

Any help would be appreciated.

The datasource 0CLM_CCT Customer Contact which is based on function module UDM_COLL_CCT_BI

you can bring the data from this datasource into BW.

This function module brings data from UDM_CCT_ATTR customer contact table.

Thank you for your reply on this. I have both datasources in BW for Worklist Items and Customer Contacts. I have installed DSo, Cubes & Multiproviders. I need to combine both Worklist Items and Customer Contacts, so on what fields do I need to use for joining. I see Worklist item ID in both to join but calendar day is different in both so I'm not getting the customer contacts data in worklist items when I did DSO lookup on Worklist for Customer Contacts...
