How can i control the order of the NWBC's menu?

hi, Gurus.

my nwbc's menu tree is different from the PFCG's menu tree.

and the order is not fixed.

for example,

my pfcg menu is

A > a / b / c / d

B > 1 / 2 / 3 / 4

and NWBC's menu is

A > a / d / c / b

B > 4 / 2 / 1 / 3

and sometimes

A > b / d / a / c

B > 1 / 2 / 4 / 3

i don't know the rule of the menu order in the NWBC.

and i really want to know how can control the order of the NWBC's menu.
