Error while selecting preview ::Execution failed:[0] TYPE: <<E>>, MESSAGE:<<Technical Error>>

i am creating a MBO that update SAP

i am selecting few fields from CUSTOMER_DATA like

CITY, COUNTER, CUSTNAME,CUSTTYPE, PHONE, POSTCODE, REGION, STREET

and defining CUSTOMERNUMBER & RETURN as output

when i clicking on preview button its giving me an error saying
Execution failed:[0] TYPE: <<E>>, MESSAGE:<<Technical Error>>

what could be the possible solution ?
