CUA Error Form of address key 02 is not defined

Hello All,

We have CUA environment in which my Solman is Parent & remaining are child system.

I am creating a user from Parent system & i have assigned all system in Landscape.

After saving & text comparing on child system i am able to see User reflected in DEV & Prod System

But the same user in Quality showing message Does not exist.

I have check RFC connection & it fine...in IDoc connection its showing message "Form of address key 02 is not defined."

Roles & profile reflecting easily but User not .

I have tried it many times but not succeeded,

Please help me

Hello Nguyen,

1.Have you tried with program RSCCUSND...if not then please go with this.

2. Please login to Parent System with logon lang "DE" and complete the text comparison.

     second option was worked in my case.

Please check this once.

3. Please check users master information like company assignment.

thanks for your reply.

I solved my problem by customizing the missing address key 02 which was "Mr." in user address title in SU01. Hope this could help others. Thanks anyway for your help. Regards Nguyen

Hi Saurabh,

in customizing SPRO, search for "Maintain Forms of Address" and there you can define the form which is already maintained in your CUA client
