Unable to download XI R3.1 SP3 Integraion tool Kit for SAP Client Tools

Hi,

We are unable to download BO XI R3.1 SP3 Integration tool kit For SAP Client tools.After clicking the download ,it is showing downloaded to basket.But there is no download in the Basket.

We are able to download other things like Xcelsius,Crystal Reports etc..

Can you please tell me why we are unable to download to download basket from Market place.

Hi Venkat,

this is probably linked to your s-user profile .You will need to open a message with  XX-SER-SAPSMP-SWC component

Actually while clicking the download option ,instead of going to download basket it is going to Export list.

We have open a message ,then it has approved and the problem got solved.
