GRC PC 10.0 - Plans Deletion.

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to delete some plans I created but I don't seem to have the permissions to do it. Do you know which rol would grant me this permission?

Hi Mauro,

The  'Delete' button in Planner is enabled only for plans with status "In Planning" .Kindly ensure before deleting  that the Plan start date is tomorrow or later.

Hi Mauro,

Completed plans cannot be deleted directly from the UI. But the workflow that triggered for that task can be deleted using the Tcode GRPC_AS_REORG.

Once the workflow is deleted, you can create a new plan for the same timeframe again.

You can find the details in SAP note 1395384.

Hi Mauro,

If the plan is triggered and the task has arrived in the Work Inbox of the user, you can delete the task from work list via tcode swwl.
