Useful life expires early

Hi,

We are having issue with Dep. postings. I am uploading Legacy assets based on Net Book Value (NBV) settings. The legacy assets are uploading correctly and it's showing correct NBV and the useful life but if I do the calculation for Depreciation, the asset is getting depreciated THREE MONTHS EARLY.

The depreciation amount is HIGHER than expected.

Can anybody please help me with this?

What is you take over date? 

The date should be previous to Golive date.

Check you OAYC setting

Can you please check what is your take over date?

What settings you have made in the system that the legacy depreciation is posted up to which period and year.

Please give an example with figures.
