Add-On Problem

hi

I have installed Add-On and it has been set Automatic Install and Active . But when in restart SAP Business One in Add-On Manager it shows disconnected . Why is it so. I have done coding in Vb.Net & created installer through BIDE . If it is done manually then it restarts but since it is given automatic it should start automatic

Hi Sunny,

Check the user settings. You can set an addon to Automatic, but set a certain user to be manual.

It is under AddOns -> AddOns Administration -> User Preferences.
