Service cannot be reached error when export to excel button is clicked

HI experts,

On my UI screen when I click on the export to excel button in the table view ,it first gives me a pop up message for ActiveX control by the browser,then on clicking "yes" or "No" option it gives the below error.

Service cannot be reached   What has happened? URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note The termination occurred in system with error code 400 and for the reason Session not found.

What can I do? Please select a valid URL.    HTTP 400 - Session not found   Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team

I have already tried to deactivate and activate the service uif_export_tab in the SICF transaction,but that didint help.

please let me know howto go about this.

Hi Anu,

Did you found the solution for this it is happening only in certain browser for me.

It happen only when I trigger a POP UP from CRM screen.

It works fine in Mozilla but it not working in IE.

What app are you calliing on click of the Excel button?

Can you paste the code for excel action event

hi sandip,

excel  button is a standard functionality provided in CRM web UI. So I am not sure where the code lies,but this is the handler class that gets called  CL_CHTMLB_CONFIG_TAB_EXCEL_EXP
