LCM Error while login

Hi, We have SAP BO4.0SP2 on Linux with Patch 15. today we have tried to login and it's giving the following error.

Please help me if anyone has the solution.

The recreation of the file fixed my problem

Hello,

as the question is so older. if somebody get the same issue, please try just to restart the SIA.

I encounter the same issue and when I checked in the filestore, the file indicated in the log was present.

so I just restrated the sia to have the promotion management available again.

SIA / Server stop/restart didn't help. Recreating the file did help.

Hi Kalyan,

You can simply try creating a file named lcm.admin.properties under the path

/usr/sap/P82/sap_bobj/data/frsinput/a_056/014/000/3640/ on the Linux server

Let me know whetehr it works.
