t500p out of sync

Hi,

Due to some issue during transporting from development system to test system, the table T500P ( Personnel Area ) is out of sync.

A particular PERSA for example, has an ADRNR number in T500P, but the ADRC table has 4 entries associated with the same personnel area ( same Personnel Area Text ).

Only one of them should be there ( the same in T500P ). And also, the regional structure grouping REGIOGROUP field in ADRC table is correct for only one of the entries which is the wrong addressnumber.

The problem might be during the transportation. if so, can someone suggest any solution.

If not, what seems to be the problem?

Hi Sashank,

Please try to re-import the Transport Requests related to  table T500P  and take care tah they are imported in correct Sequence by considering their dependancy .After re-importing please check if any Transport went inro Error or not.

If after re-importing , issue persists then create BDC or Zreport to update the table T500P by  Uploading Excel sheet on Test client

The problem seems to be the number range available in the 2 different system.

When the transport is being carried, the address no. which are available in the test system are taken for address no. field in T005P table.

If i write a custom prgm to do the work (update the table ), it'd have to be run every once in a while.

Is there a way by which i can resolve this once and for all?

Not sure if I got your problem completely .

But if the issue is with data . you can transport data once again.
