Note 1511322 - Installing POASBC 100_702 on NW 7.0 EHP 2 explains your error. The note provides a potential solution but if that doesn't work, it looks like you'll have to restore the DB to before the add-on was queued up and then either build a different queue or add the file that the note references.

Josh, I've read this note and corrected this problem. But now another one appeared:
"Table /POA/D_PROP_SC: Key fields PROP_UUID and LANGU switched. Nothing deleted."
For this one I could not find any note. You know this one?

Does this message appear in the import logs of the add on now? Is it an actual error that results in a return code >= 8 or just an informational message?

This message appear during the import fase of the support package SAPK-10002INPOASBC, like you said this error show us the error message:

Are you now importing the add-on alone or with SP1? Since the note discusses errors while importing the two together, I would try importing them one at a time.

Now I'm trying to import with the SP1, because when I tried to import only the add-on I received this error:

Between this import and the last, have you restored your database to ensure there aren't any inconsistencies in the database from the original error?
If the answer's yes and you're continuing to run into activation errors, I would open a support message with SAP at this point.
