Hello,

Regards to extracting data from R/3 tables CDPOS & CDHDR to BI.

I need your suggestions or approch regards to above requirement.

We created Datasource using a FM to read data from R/3 tables CDPOS & CDHDR. We have build this FM such away, while executing IP, as input  we give table name in IP selection & it needs to extract data from that particular table. Example: VBEP

But when we check in RSA3 its extracting "0" records, where as table VBEP has data.

Hi,

Please check if you are using correct format of  input selection parameter while extracting from R/3.

Parameter selections like Fiscal Year Period Format etc.

Just put the break-point and then run in RSA3 ,take few records and try to debug this..

Hi,

In RSA3, Were you running Full mode or Delta mode? If you ran by delta mode, there may not be any records which gives you 0 records.

Hi Sathish,

You can check the extractor by debugging it from RSA3.

check the Debugging check box in RSA3 and execute it.

You can find the problem by debugging it.
