I have installed ECC6 with EHP5 now I am in a process of upgrading it to EHP6 i am facing an error in Processing stage..can any one help..?

Did u disable the archive log mode......???
Did u use the new Kernel Version......?? If not do the same....

I am not sure of the packages defined to be specific about the activation log. Please open any of the latest activation log available in the log folder. Either it contains the error information or points to the package which had error and the activation log of that specific package contains the error information.

Please check the note specified below regarding the short dump:
1672480 - Runtime error COMPUTE_INT_PLUS_OVERFLOW in RADIXCHK
Please stop the upgrade and Login to shadow system and apply the note
manually. Once done, please start the phase again from beginning.
It must fix the issue.

Ask your abaper to apply it manually, as these corrections can be done by abaper only.
You need to apply these note only in shadow instance.

The only user that can logon the shadow instance is DDIC user and this user can not made any correction on se38. which user should I use for this correction?

Hi Reza,
For applying the note manually in the shadow instance, you need to unlock the system first. For unlocking the system please refer the upgrade guide for the commands. Once the system is unlocked then login to the system other than the DDIC user and perform the changes in the shadow instance.
Once the note corrections valid for your system are copied to the system, lock the system again to continue with the upgrade.
