Error while creating BO Webi report

Hi All,

We are facing issue while creating a new webi report. Following is the error which we are getting

An error has occurred: Active Directory Authentication failed to get the Active Directory groups for the account with ID "9D049CF514282B4AB560F3EC8EFD9F7F:UKMFO01;CN=Forage\, Michael,OU=LeicesterSquare,OU=Users,OU=UK,DC=LYV,DC=LiveNation,DC=com" Please make sure this account is valid and belongs to an accessible domain

We Updated in the Authentication >> Windows AD page but sitll the issue is coming intermittently.

Can someone guide us what could be the issue behing this?

Hi Deepak,

Without more details in the traces, I can only presume that you have a problem in the DC used for the connection. It is selected randomly from the list of servers (DNS query). If you read your traces, you can find out which is the server that is not able to find the groups.

I had that issue before when the DC used was in a SITE without global catalogue:
