While MIRO & MIGO Posting Error Showing "Entry Already Exist-Message no. YFI003"

Dear Friends,

While MIRO & MIGO Posting Error Showing "Entry Already Exist-Message no. YFI003" & "Records inserted Message no. YFI004"

Note : In Purchase Document there is no history of GR or Invoice.  I have checked all possible diagnosis. Even for All Documents showing "Entry Already Exist"

There is no OSS Note i found for this error.

There is no such enhancement created for MIGO and MIRO.

Friend, recently we updated DEV by copy QUA...... After that this error message is coming in DEV. May be data not copied properly.....but there is no history i have found.  Any more Suggestion.

goto SE91 enter message clas YFI and click display. then select the message and click Where-Used icon.

I think you will find a Z-program, probably a userexit.YFI is not a SAP delivered message class.

And from the naming I would even assume it is from finance and not from MM

maybe this is a certain Add-On, you have to ask inhouse, I am still the opinion it has something to do with finance.

In SE91, showing Standard message....

I am surprised, how this is stopping MM Posting........

this is just the message table, it has the text which is shown to the user when the error occurs.

from here you have to click the where-used icon.

then you see the programs

double click the program and you get into the code, usually at the place where this error is triggered.

And there you can read under which circumstances this message is issued (if you can read ABAP)

Well  i found that "Entry Already Exist" Error message in Message Class YFI and Message No. 004. I Think its time to work with ABAPer for detail diagnosis..

this look like a custom message. pl check the enhancements in your MIGO and miro

This is customized message...check if there is any enhancement, this is not a std. message.
