Table AUFM contains no entry even after resv. issued against order

Hi Friends ,

In one of the PM order , few spares are reserved and then issued agasint reservations . But when I am using men option in IW32 :

Extras - > Document for Order - > Goods movement .

Its showing message "No objects were selected " . Also in table AUFM there is no entry .

I have check in Gen. tab against reservation , its showing withdrawl qty same as that of reserved qty because full qty has been issued .

Can anybody help why goods movement is not shown .

In OPL8, have you maintained Document flow for goods movement for your Order type?

Hi Mahesh ,

Do we require to maintain somthing in OPL8 ??? But the F4 options for Order type in OPL8 don't contain Order types relative to PM . THey are for PP only .

I am getting these 4 order type options :

PP01 - std profctn order

PP02 - std prod order (ext)

PP04 - Assembly order

PPc1 - Order types for costing

PPK1 - Prod order for Kanban

kindly tick mark the good movement for your plant and order type combination in IMG activty Define Documentation for Goods Movements for the Order

you can also rectify the created orders by using RIAUFM00 program

Please follow the path:

IMG => Plant Maintenance & Customer Service => Maintenance & Service Processing => Maintenance & Service Orders => Functions & Settings => Goods movements for Order => Define Documentation for Goods Movements for order

Here you can do the above mentioned settings. OPL8 is for Production order types.
