What is the SAP ECC 6 Standard annual support fee

is it 18% or 19.5%

SAP ECC 6 Enterprise annual support fee is 22%

Gurbir support fee varies from customer to customer.  You should get in touch with your SAP rep for more details.

I doubt, if Support varies from customer to customer.

SAP representative says  that it is global policy and Fee will remain same for particular product for all customer

Kindly confirm from your A/c manager without referring my name.

My understanding is:

If we have R/3 4.7 standard support than we have to take extended support i.e 19.5%

but if we have ECC6 and enterprise support then support fee will be 22%

and if we have ECC6  standard support  then support fee will be 18%

I will certainly try to check with our rep or someone from SAP. But cost might also depend on how much other products you are licensing from SAP or how big your company's SAP portfolio is.
