How to avoid deletion flag in process order from changes in sales orders

Hello

We are using a make to order process, the problem is when we change the delivery date in the sales order or the quantity and save the sales order in tx code VA02 set deletion flag on the released order, but we don’t want to delete order production, it happens because the inspection type 03 is not longer in the product material master and we don’t need it. We would like to know how to avoid set deletion flag in order process from VA02

Please has anyone know how to stop it.
