Extraction of data from BPC

What is the best way to extract the data from BPC for external reporting?

I am running the extraction pacakge. But it is timing out.

Appreciate inputs.

Depends on how you want the data back. Normally the DM packages are the best way to go and if it is timing out check out transaction ST12 to see if an error is generated. Additionally, you can try exporting a smaller set of data and see if the issue keeps happening. If so the system may have memory settings set too low.

Hi,

Try it with Excel client report or drag and drop in Web. Test performance. Or try it in BW and you check number os rows.
