Hi
we are getting ess - Travel Management in our portal. When creating travel request, while uploading attachments. we are getting
"System error when accessing knowledge provider". Where could be the issue. Any idea?

I'm not really acquainted with SAP Kpro but I think there is a communication issue with your optical archive (just a guess). Have you implemented an optical archive?

Hi Prasad,
1. Check in portal system admin - System landscape <Company> - ESS components is configured properly, Kindly reconfigure it.
2. Also check In transaction OACT and category SOFFDB check where the content repository is pointed to and check that respository is available or not.
