Hi Experts,
Please help me in configuring the below requirment in the Perofrmance appraisals
My clients requirement is
In the document there are fixed objectives with respect to dimensions example: there are five dimensions like finance, cusotmer, Internal Process, People, Environmental safety.
There are fixed objectives in each dimension. example
Finance
1. Objective1
Measurement - 96% attendance on working days ( )
2. Objective 2
Measurement - Zero equipment damage
Measurement - Plant damage zero
Customer
1. Objective 1
Measuerment -
Measurement -
Measuerment.
Internal Process
1. Objective
Measuerment -
2. Objective
Measuerment -
Measurement -
Measuerment.
3. Objective
Measuerment -
Measurement -
Measuerment.

According to the requirement
The measurements columns first HR ADMIN will fill in with requirment measurements according to the department and those should go into the measurement columns before creating the document.
Here the measurement which are enterd by HR ADMIN, the manager can change their text or add new measurements or delete the measurements.
These measurements changes on yearly bases but the objectives will be same.
How can I configure in the system that when HR ADMIN creates the measurements with respect to those objectives and they should appear in the document and for manager they should be editable and add new measurements and delete any measurement.
These measurements are different for different templates like for Admins, operational, support, production departments.
Please help me how can I configure this in the system....
please let me know custom setting and developments that are required for this....

Hello Vijay,
In performance management, there is a function called goal cascading. You can do some research on that and see if it can meet your requirement.
