Recurring Entries

Hi all,

Can anyone clear abt the recurring entries,

When i'm doing in fbd1 i put the first run on 01.03.2012 and i posted. I got a document no. When I'm doing f.14 can u plz tell me which fiscal year i should put???/

Hi Prasad,

As you have created document on date 01.03.2012 it's 2011 fiscal year document.

So when you are executing f.14 you must put 2011 in fiscal year otherwise program not going to detect this document for posting.

Sorry for the confusion

As out client is following calender year and not April to march i suggested in that fashion

If the fiscal year is from April to march then your solution is correct

In f.14 If we r putting fiscal year 2011, it wont work. It will show no list generated.

Hi Jose,

Try with the fiscal year for which you had generated that recurr document.

Also confirm the settlement period of document using FBD3 tcode.

give your doc no and press enter. click on GOTO and select Recurring Entry data.

There it will specify for which date you have to execute this data.

May be this is the reason which is not allowing your document to be select for posting.

1.In-OB29First you check which Fiscal Year you are using ....i.e. Jan-dec, apr-mar...

2.In FBD1 - check First Run date and Last Run date.  Both the dates should be in your Fiscal Year.

3.In F.14 - Give settlement period which period you want settle.

I hope you are clear on the recurring entries logic and functionality

regarding the year to be mentioned in F.14 you have to give the same year what you have given in Fbd1

In Fbd1 you might have given the first run and last run

based on that you should give the year

for example if you have given your fiest run as 01.01.2012 and last run as 31.12.2012 the you should give year as 2012
