hi,
I have one requirment to add 1 field(REASON) to Agent inbox item result view -ICCMP_INBOX/InboxItems. i have enhanced this view and ITEMS and it generated the Z Implementation Class ZL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN01 but still if i expand Tree Node Proxy & Recursive Tree Node Proxy then it is showing the standard Implementation Class CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN02 & Implementation Class CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS_CN03 .
i have added that field in GET_TABLE_LINE_SAMPLE so that it is displaying in Configurration.
Now Problem is that Value is not showing in that REASON field. can anyone please help me to get the value in that field?
plz suggest where i need to write the code to get the value?
