PBA7 error in transport

Hi all,

While i run PBA7 for transfer employee to PA it is not coming with the default position. Position wht i have been maintain in Vacancy and assign to Advertisement. .... generally position has to come in IT0000 automatically which is not coming.

Please advise me wht could be the reason.

i believe u have right applicant status "to be hired" and now for default position id during applicant data transfer to PA, kindly chk position should be vacant and assigned to advertisement and then check "vacancy assignment" infotype for applicant through PB30, maintain position to applicant.

Hi Kamlesh,

Plz check the recruitment actions in PB40, whether the flow is maintained or nt.Please maintain vacany assignment.Don't forget to run prepare for hiring action in PB40.
